Lynda and her husband Robert formed MacDonald International together in 1985.
Lynda's expert business management and strategic decision making skills together with Robert's technical expertise and experience formed the foundation for a client focussed engineering consultancy bringing together a brilliant team of engineers and technicians to provide clients with a superior service.
Her knowledge in financial, administrative and business management has contributed to the great success of MacDonald International and the group over the past years.

Director Robert MacDonald B.Eng, MIE Aust, NPER
Robert and his wife Lynda formed MacDonald International in 1985 and together they have built a successful engineering consultancy belonging to a group of companies that are recognised worldwide for their expertise in specialised fields.
Robert holds a wealth of experience in estimating, construction programming, risk and project management for major infrastructure projects and building works. He has provided hie expertise on projects involving roads and bridges, railways, aged care facilities and commercial and industrial work to public and private organisations in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Robert is also a Director of Benchmark Estimating Software and Benchmark Estimating which make up the Group of Company's that are taking Engineering and Cost Estimating to new levels worldwide.

Andrew began with MacDonald International in 1995 as a Senior Engineer and has since moved on to various management roles within the company and is now the company's CEO.
Whilst he has over 20 years of experience and is widely known for his outstanding engineering skills, his role as CEO dictates that he has one primary function – making sure that our services are focussed on your needs.
His career has included many varying roles in the civil and structural construction industry allowing him to obtain a vast range of skills across the spectrum of the construction industry.
His technical expertise includes estimating, risk analysis and management, construction programming, value management/engineering, project management, building & engineering contract management, claims and variation assessments as well as civil and structural design and construction.
Andrew has lectured to Masters Level in Construction Planning/Project Management and lectured for industry workshops on estimating and risk.

Division Manager Cost Engineering Mike Freeman B.Eng -Coventry, England
Mike joined MacDonald International in 2003 to spearhead the Cost Engineering Division. He has over 15 years experience in civil construction projects with contractors, consultants and government authorities offering services such as cost estimating, construction programming and contract administration.
Mike has prepared many estimates (including probalistic risk adjusted estimates) for construction companies in roadworks, rail, tunnels and bridgeworks. In recent years his experience includes many estimates at all stages for the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW, SA Department of Transport Energy and Infrastructure, QLD Main Roads, Main Roads WA, NT Department of Planning and Infrastructure, New Zealand Transport Agency and the UK Highways Agency.
