MacDonald International can independently review any construction project against the estimate and/or programme to gauge the progress of the project at any stage of the project lifecycle.

MacDonald International has acted as an Independent Estimator on many Alliance Projects and other large projects. Our knowledge and experience in the fields of Cost Engineering allows us to effectively review your project, subjectively looking at all aspects to assess the accuracy and viability of all calculations, historical data, methodologies and ultimately the end result of the estimate.

Aside from the estimate, our team can also review the programme to determine the validity of extension of time claims and if required we can provide an as-built programme to support our findings (see Construction Programming Services).
